- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Ensure high-quality code by conducting thorough testing and debugging of software components.
- Document development processes and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and web standards.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for building responsive user interfaces.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform features and integration capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
