- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless integration of applications across different business units.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong experience in application design and development using Salesforce Omnistudio Platform components.
- Ability to configure and customize applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with integrating Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
