Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing reports, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.

Prepare quotations, sales reports, and MIS reports.

Maintain customer records and sales databases accurately.

Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.

Coordinate with logistics, operations, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues promptly.

Track sales targets and provide regular updates to management.

Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and business documents.

Manage documentation related to sales orders, invoices, and contracts.

Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Good analytical and reporting skills.

Customer-focused approach and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in sales coordination, customer support, or back-office operations.

Knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
