Position OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance & Paid Media to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across digital platforms.

This role is exclusively focused on:

• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Sales-driven campaign strategy
• Performance marketing & lead generation

Please Note:

This role is not SEO-focused. Organic blogging and long-term SEO strategies are not primary responsibilities.

• Key Responsibilities1. Paid Media Strategy & ExecutionDevelop, implement, and manage high-performance Google Ads campaigns
• Plan and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversion
• Execute full-funnel paid strategies from awareness to conversion
• Manage remarketing and audience segmentation strategies
• Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Revenue & Performance Optimization

Drive qualified leads for:

• Packaging Design Projects
• Branding & Identity Projects
• Website Development
• Digital Marketing Retainers
• Monitor and optimize KPIs including CPL, CPA, and ROAS
• Implement conversion tracking and performance reporting systems
• Provide monthly performance analysis and actionable insights
• Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives to improve closing ratios

3. Sales-Oriented Content Strategy

• Develop campaign-specific content strategies focused on conversions
• Craft high-converting ad copies and value propositions
• Structure offer-based and campaign-driven marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure premium creative execution

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Proven track record in lead generation and performance marketing
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
• Experience managing and optimizing advertising budgets
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Professional, structured, and performance-oriented approach
