Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Leadership

• Lead daily operations of the organization.
• Develop annual operational plans.

Project & Program Management

• Plan and execute NGO projects.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare project reports and impact assessments.
• Coordinate district and state-level campaigns.
• Ensure quality implementation of programs.

Government Liaison

• Coordinate with Government Departments.
• Follow up on disability welfare schemes.
• Manage official correspondence.
• Build relationships with district administration.
• Represent the organization in official meetings.

Fundraising & CSR

• Develop CSR partnerships.
• Coordinate with corporate organizations.
• Prepare funding proposals.
• Assist in donor relationship management.
• Support fundraising campaigns.

Team Management

• Supervise operational staff.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Build organizational culture.
• Train new employees.
• Assign operational responsibilities.

Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain organizational records.
• Prepare annual reports.
• Manage documentation for grants and CSR.
• Handle NGO registrations and renewals.

Public Relations

• Coordinate media activities.
• Build strategic partnerships.
• Organize public events.
• Strengthen community engagement.
• Promote organizational visibility.
