Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support:
• Managing schedules, updating customer databases
• Knowledge of Advance Excel,Video making and editing skill required
• Soft Spoken
• Sales Team Support:
• Organizing sales presentations, preparing and maintaining sales materials, and assisting with new sales representative training. 
• Client Communication:
• Acting as a point of contact for client inquiries, responding to complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services. 

• Data Management & Reporting:
• Inputting sales data, tracking key metrics, and writing reports to help evaluate department performance and inform sales strategies. 
• Cross-Departmental Coordination:
• Collaborating with marketing, delivery, and other teams to ensure seamless sales operations and customer satisfaction. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Communication:
• Excellent written and verbal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Known Language Marathi, Hindi and little English
• Organization:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks and deadlines. 
• Technical Proficiency:
• Proficient use of MS Office and other software for data management and reporting. 
• Problem-Solving:
• Ability to identify and address bottlenecks or challenges in the sales process.
