- Provide information about menu items, flavors, and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure orders are served in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and service.
- Promote special offers and upsell additional products to enhance customer experience.
- Process payments and handle cash register operations.
- work closely with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.
