Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

Discount Villa is looking for energetic and confident Field Sales Executives who can meet customers directly, explain membership benefits, generate leads, and close membership sales.

The candidate should be sales-oriented, passionate about sales, and comfortable with field work.

• Key Responsibilities

• Meet potential customers through field visits, events, references, and direct marketing.
• Explain Discount Villa membership plans and benefits.
• Generate new leads and convert them into Sales.
• Schedule and conduct customer meetings and presentations.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
• Maintain daily visit and sales reports.
• Coordinate with telecalling and lead management teams.
• Build strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
• Experience in field sales, insurance, real estate, membership sales, banking, or direct sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Must be comfortable with outdoor field work.
• Own two-wheeler preferred.
• Positive attitude and target-focused mindset.
