Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Officer with a background in hosiery or garment field sales. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with travel (100%) across assigned territories. The role requires regular market visits, retailer engagement, and field execution — carrying a trolley bag with hosiery samples for demonstrations and order taking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively visit hosiery retailers, distributors, and wholesalers as per route plan
• Demonstrate product samples (using company-provided trolley bag) and collect orders
• Develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Ensure product visibility and availability in the assigned territory
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily field activities
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence
• Coordinate with the backend team for order fulfillment and issue resolution
• Submit travel reports and customer feedback regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience in hosiery/garment industry
• Must be willing to travel 100% of the time
• Physically fit and comfortable with daily field work and carrying trolley bag
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Basic knowledge of using smartphone apps for reporting

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) + Travel Allowances + Incentives
