Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking male staff member for the position of Receptionist cum Housekeeping at our hotel. The candidate will be responsible for handling guest check-ins/check-outs, managing basic reception duties, and assisting with housekeeping tasks when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and attend to guests professionally
  • Handle check-in and check-out process
  • Maintain guest records and bookings
  • Answer calls and assist with inquiries
  • Ensure cleanliness of rooms and common areas when needed
  • Support overall hotel operations
