HR Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance management, and other HR-related activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are willing to learn and build a career in Human Resources.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Assist in recruitment and interview coordination.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities of employees.
• Coordinate with employees regarding attendance, leave, and HR policies.
• Handle employee engagement and communication activities.
• Prepare reports and maintain HR databases.
• Assist in payroll inputs and other HR operations.
• Follow up with candidates and employees for required documents.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a team and manage tasks efficiently.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience can apply.
• Preferred Skills:Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
