Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, and selection processes.
- Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Employee Relations Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support managers in handling disciplinary and performance-related matters.
- Performance ManagementImplement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
- Assist department heads in setting employee goals and KPIs.
- Identify performance improvement opportunities and development plans.
- Training & DevelopmentAssess training needs across departments.
- Organize and coordinate employee training programs.
- Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Compensation & BenefitsAdminister salary structures, incentives, and employee benefits.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
- Ensure payroll inputs are accurate and timely.
- HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle processes.
- HR Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare HR MIS reports and workforce analytics.
- Track key HR metrics such as attrition, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Professional HR certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience handling end-to-end HR functions.
- Industry experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, FMCG, or Services preferred.
