Job Description
हम अपनी कंपनी के लिए अनुभवी एवं ऊर्जावान सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो हमारे दूध एवं डेयरी आधारित उत्पादों की बिक्री बढ़ाने और नए ग्राहकों को जोड़ने में सक्षम हो।
- वेतन एवं प्रोत्साहन (Incentive):
- आकर्षक फिक्स्ड सैलरी।
- प्रत्येक नए ग्राहक (Customer) और प्राप्त ऑर्डर के आधार पर अतिरिक्त इंसेंटिव।
- बिक्री प्रदर्शन के अनुसार विशेष बोनस एवं पुरस्कार।
- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:नए ग्राहकों, डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर्स और रिटेलर्स की पहचान करना एवं उनसे संपर्क स्थापित करना।
- कंपनी के मिल्क बेस्ड उत्पादों का प्रचार एवं बिक्री बढ़ाना।
- नए ऑर्डर प्राप्त करना और बिक्री लक्ष्य हासिल करना।
- ग्राहकों के साथ मजबूत व्यावसायिक संबंध विकसित करना।
- बाजार की मांग और प्रतिस्पर्धी गतिविधियों की जानकारी एकत्र करना।
- नियमित रूप से बिक्री रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करना।
