Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Workforce Management Manage day-to-day HR operations at the factory
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and shift planning
  • Manage contract labour and coordinate with contractors/vendors
  • Maintain manpower planning as per production requirements
  • Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws including PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Factory Act, Shops & Establishment Act
  • Maintain statutory registers and records as per legal requirements
  • Handle labour inspections, audits, and government liaison
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and challans
  • Monitor contractor compliance and documentation
  • Recruitment & On boarding Manage hiring of blue-collar and staff employees
  • Coordinate interviews, selection, and offer roll-out
  • Handle joining formalities, documentation, and on boarding process
  • Employee Relations & IR Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and IR matters
  • Maintain shop-floor discipline and positive work environment
  • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence
  • Support management in conflict resolution and workforce engagement
  • Payroll & HR Reporting Provide payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, deductions, leaves)
  • Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for salary processing
  • Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports
  • Track absenteeism, attrition, and workforce productivity
