Job Description

Job Title: HR & Project Management Officer

Location: [Nagpur]

Experience: 2–5 years (adjustable)

Department: Human Resources & Operations

Reports to: Management / Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR & Project Management Officer who can efficiently manage human resource functions while coordinating and monitoring multiple projects. The ideal candidate will balance people management with project execution, ensuring smooth operations, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance
  • Handle attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR MIS
  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and performance-related matters
  • Support performance appraisal and KPI tracking processes
  • Coordinate training, employee engagement, and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

 

Project Management Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor assigned projects from initiation to closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Prepare project timelines, task allocations, and progress reports
  • Track project KPIs, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  • Conduct regular review meetings and status updates with management
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports
  • Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in HR operations and project coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR/project tracking tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HRMS / Project Management tools
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
  • Exposure to KPI tracking, performance management systems
  • PMP / HR certifications (optional, not mandatory)
