Calling leads generated from platforms like IndiaMART, ExporterIndia, WhatsApp, and social media
Understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable products
Explaining product quality, grades, packing options, MOQ, and pricing
Converting inquiries into confirmed sales orders
Maintaining regular follow-up with customers
Building strong relationships with retailers and distributors
Coordinating with dispatch and operations teams for smooth order processing
Updating customer records and sales reports daily
