Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively prospecting, qualifying, and converting new leads into sales, while managing existing client relationships.
  • Property Viewings & Presentations: Organizing site visits, showcasing property features, and highlighting benefits to potential buyers.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handling negotiations between buyers and owners to close sales and meet quarterly/monthly targets.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of local real estate trends, property values, and competitor activities.
