Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000

Incentive: 0.5% on every sale (Unlimited earning potential)

No product knowledge required — we provide full training.

Your job is simple:

Talk → Understand → Show → Follow-Up → Close the Sale.

• 🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Attend Walk-In CustomersUnderstand customer requirement (purpose, budget, design preference)
• Show relevant models
• Build trust and guide customer confidently
• Convert walkthroughs into orders
• 2. Handle TeleCaller Transfer LeadsTalk to customers over phone
• Explain product benefits
• Share photos, videos, catalog
• Push for showroom visit
• Close deals when customer is ready
• 3. Follow-Up ManagementDaily WhatsApp follow-ups
• Send quotations & proposals
• Maintain clean communication tone
• 4. Prepare QuotationsUse ready templates
• Customize as per customer requirement
• Send on WhatsApp + save in CRM
• 5. Update CRM (Bitrix)Lead status updates
• Notes after every call
• Follow-up reminders
• 6. Sales Target Achievement6–10 demos/day
• 10–15 proposals/day
• Weekly conversions
• Maintain high closing ratio
