Job SummaryVedwell FMCG Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Institutional Sales Executive to expand our business by generating sales from institutions, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, schools, colleges, corporate offices, cleaning agencies, railways, metro stations, government offices, industries, and other commercial establishments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new institutional customers.
- Visit hotels, restaurants, schools, colleges, hospitals, offices, industries, hostels, cleaning contractors, and government organizations.
- Generate new business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Appoint new institutional buyers and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert them into orders.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/Excel reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with dispatch and customer support teams for timely deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of B2B or Institutional Sales experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
