Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional to manage and grow channel operations within the assigned territory.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive channel expansion and strengthen retail footprint
✅ Monitor and improve performance of Jio Points & retail outlets
✅ Achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets
✅ Ensure operational governance and compliance across Jio Points
✅ Drive productivity through daily monitoring and goal alignment
✅ Deliver excellent customer experience across retail touchpoints
✅ Coach, train, and evaluate internal teams & channel partners
✅ Maintain operational hygiene and business process adherence
