Logistics Executive

**Job Title:** Logistics Assistant / Backup Operations Executive

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Logistics Assistant to support our day-to-day logistics and operational activities. The candidate will act as a helper to the logistics team and also serve as a backup resource for handling operational tasks when required.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in dispatch and logistics coordination

* Prepare and manage invoices, packing lists, and shipment records

* Handle basic data entry and documentation work

* Support order processing and inventory coordination

* Maintain records of courier, transport, and tracking details

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth shipment processing

* Provide backup support for billing and operational activities when needed

### Required Skills:

* Basic knowledge of **MARG Billing Software**

* Working knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** and MS Office

* Basic understanding of logistics and documentation processes

* Good communication and organizational skills

* Ability to handle multitasking and work in a team environment

### Preferred Candidate:

* Experience in logistics, billing, pharmacy, wholesale, or export operations will be preferred

* Fresher candidates with basic software knowledge may also apply
