Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Fleet Executive to manage and monitor our own fleet operations efficiently. The candidate should have hands-on experience in fleet handling, vehicle tracking, GPS monitoring, route planning, and driver coordination to ensure smooth transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle day-to-day operations of the company’s own fleet
• Monitor vehicle movement through GPS tracking systems
• Ensure proper vehicle tracking and timely reporting
• Plan efficient routes for vehicles to optimize delivery and reduce operational costs
• Coordinate regularly with drivers regarding trip schedules, delays, and route updates
• Maintain vehicle utilization records and trip reports
• Ensure timely servicing, maintenance, and compliance of fleet vehicles
• Track fuel consumption and vehicle performance
• Resolve operational issues related to transportation and driver management
• Ensure timely dispatch and smooth execution of transportation activities

Required Skills

• Experience in own fleet handling
• Strong knowledge of vehicle tracking and GPS systems
• Good understanding of route planning and trip management
• Strong coordination and communication skills with drivers and transport teams
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
• Ability to handle operational challenges efficiently

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in fleet operations
• Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
