Back Office Executive

Job Title: Back Office Executive – SBI Card Process

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage customer data and support operations for the SBI Card process. The role involves handling customer records, coordinating with teams, and assisting customers over calls when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update customer data accurately in the system
• Handle backend operations related to SBI Card processes
• Make and receive customer calls for verification, follow-ups, and support
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, data entry)
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Ability to handle calls and multitask
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior experience in banking/finance/BPO (preferred but not mandatory)
