Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preventive & breakdown maintenance of fleet vehicles 

• Coordinate with garages/workshops for timely repairs 

• Maintain vehicle-wise maintenance records  

• Monitor and control maintenance costs & fuel efficiency 

• Conduct regular inspections and audits 

• Manage vendor relationships & negotiations 

• Prepare MIS reports for management review
