Job Description
Integrated Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Online Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, promoting company products and services, and supporting sales activities through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and online channels.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Explain products and services to customers and address their queries.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and interaction details in the CRM/ERP system.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Prepare and submit activity and performance reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service
