Job Description: Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

In-House Operations: Managing and processing documentation.

Maintaining accurate records and databases.

Coordinating with various departments and stakeholders.

Handling administrative tasks and correspondence.

Supporting the operations team with daily tasks. Data entry and analysis.

Field Operations: Visiting clients or partners as required (India).

Conducting on-site verifications or assessments.

Collecting necessary information or documentation from the field.

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Representing NRIWAY professionally in the field.

General: Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Meeting deadlines and targets.

Providing regular updates to the operations manager.

Adapting to changing priorities and tasks.

Qualifications: Male candidates only.

Resident of Nagpur. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel locally within Nagpur and potentially surrounding areas.

A valid driver's license and own two-wheeler is preferred but not mandatory.

Prior experience in operations or a related field is a plus. Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency.
