Operation Manager

We are hiring an Operations Manager to take complete ownership of daily field operations — dispatch, installation, technician coordination, godown control, and stock movement. This role is designed to replace direct owner involvement in day-to-day operations. The right candidate will run Nagpur operations independently while the owner focuses on growth and Pune expansion.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.   Verify payment status before any dispatch or installation — zero tolerance

2.   Schedule and dispatch technicians daily using Zoho FSM

3.   Coordinate godown packing, loading, and stock movement

4.   Manage 3 technicians, 2 packers, and godown staff — daily attendance, performance, accountability

5.   Maintain stock records — match inward, outward, and current with system

6.   Collect and verify photo proof for all dispatches and installations

7.   Resolve customer service issues at site — escalate only when genuinely needed

8.   Submit daily operations report to owner (one WhatsApp message — pending / done / issues)

9.   Train and discipline ground staff — handle complaints, attendance, performance

10.   Coordinate inter-branch dispatch when Pune branch starts

DECISION AUTHORITY

1.   Approve dispatch up to ₹50,000 value independently

2.   Schedule technicians and reassign jobs without owner approval

3.   Resolve customer service complaints up to ₹1,000 expense

4.   Approve petrol advance and small godown expenses up to ₹1,000

5.   Hire ground staff (packers, helpers) with documentation — owner final approval

6.   Discipline ground staff — verbal warnings, written warnings (after documentation)

7.   Approve technician late arrival when previous night work justifies it

8.   Coordinate with suppliers for routine matters — escalate pricing

3.   Zero technician attendance disputes — all logged in PagarBook with proof

4.   Daily report submitted to owner by 8:30 PM

5.   All customer service complaints resolved within 48 hours

6.   Monthly stock variance below 1% (inward vs outward vs current)

7.   Zero owner calls for routine operational decisions

GROWTH PATH

Operations Manager → Senior Operations Manager → Operations Head (multi-city). Performance-based increments every 12 months. Strong incentive structure. Long-term role for the right person.
