Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, pack, and label medicines accurately for orders
- Coordinate with courier teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders
- Maintain digital prescription records and ensure accurate documentation
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, and track expiry dates
- Handle customer queries via call, email, or chat with professionalism
- Support billing, order updates, and daily operational activities
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and well-organized office area
Requirements:
- Minimum D.Pharm or B.Pharm experience in pharmacy operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of medicines, dosages, and online pharmacy workflows
- Strong communication skills and customer-handling ability
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work on online systems and software
- High accuracy, reliability, and excellent time-management skills
