Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate detailed estimates of building assemblies and materials.

• Develop 3D models for multiple trades, including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP).
• Create Architectural and Structural 3D models from design drawings.
• Develop Revit parametric families for various project components.
• Extract and prepare detailed construction and as-built drawings from 3D models.
• Review and understand construction drawings, assembly details, specifications and submittals.
• Analyze project documents to identify potential issues and conflicts, documenting them for resolution.
• Analyze the changes between two different sets of drawings and report out the changes.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations when required.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay updated on changes to ensure timely execution.
• Understand any new scope of work and create the workflow and execution plan.
• Work effectively with internal and external teams to drive projects forward.
• Identify potential challenges and issues, simplify them into clear solutions, and communicate the information effectively to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Freshers can apply).
• Proficiency in software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and MS office.
• Applicant should have sound knowledge of estimating and costing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient in estimating and costing; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A progressive, hardworking attitude with a strong desire to achieve goals and complete projects on time.
• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly; flexible in working across various projects in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
