Relevant experience in the restaurant industry for minimum 2 years.
Knowledge of MS Excel sheet.
Handling Stock and inventory
Handling purchases and monitoring cost controls
Monitoring on SOPs and Services Checklist tracker
Implementing highest level of Best Operations practices from Restaurant industry
Staff training and its sustainability
Compliances and records keeping
Improving restaurant profitability by reducing the cost and ways on increasing the revenue site and product wise
Sharing reports to the management and monitoring set KPIs for performance management
