Job Description
⭐ ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a confident, customer-focused Sales Executive for our premium Tiles & Door showroom.
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend Walk-In Customers Understand customer requirement (purpose, budget, design preference)
- Show relevant models
- Build trust and guide customer confidently
- Convert walkthroughs into orders
- Handle TeleCaller Transfer Leads Talk to customers over phone
- Explain product benefits
- Share photos, videos, catalog
- Push for showroom visit
- Close deals when customer is ready
- Follow-Up ManagementDaily WhatsApp follow-ups
- Send quotations & proposals
- Maintain clean communication tone
- Prepare QuotationsUse ready templates
- Customize as per customer requirement
- Send on WhatsApp + save in CRM
- Update CRM (Bitrix)Lead status updates
- Notes after every call
- Follow-up reminders
- Sales Target Achievement 6–10 demos/day
- 10–15 proposals/day
- Weekly conversions
- Maintain high closing ratio
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR MUST-HAVE SKILLS Excellent communication (Hindi must be clear)
- Confident personality
- Strong selling & negotiation skills
- Discipline with follow-ups
- Fast learner
- Presentable & professional attitude
- GOOD TO HAVE Experience in showroom sales
- Experience in home decor / retail / interior / Doors / Tiles (Not mandatory)
