Job Summary
SDPL is looking for a motivated Marketing & Sales Executive to generate leads, interact with clients, and convert prospects into successful property sales. The candidate will play a key role in promoting real estate projects and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, site visits and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about properties.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations.
- Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Update CRM and submit daily/weekly performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Experience in real estate sales.
- Strong communication skills.
