Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Electrical engineering diploma or degree candidate is prefered
  • Evaluation of daily complaints from clients and making its proper entry
  • getting few complaints resolution on call with analytical ability
  • making electricity bill analysis for the clients
  • making email communication with vendor companies to get replacement claims for the clients
  • Making new client entry in database
  • Solving the solar related generation related on call queries of customer
  • Any other solar service related issue solving
  • Making and arranging solar panel cleaning schedule for technicians
  • Ensuring the ontime cleaning service for clients
  • if required visiting site for troubleshooting the problem
