About the Project
Free Mind Project is about building an experimental premium online meditation classes for working professionals. We are looking for a Course Coordinator to be the backbone of this project. This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the intersection of education, wellness, and early-stage startup energy.
What you'll do
• Schedule and manage online meditation course batches end-to-end
• Onboard students — links, materials, pre-class guidance
• Track attendance and flag issues proactively
• Handle all communication with students and instructors
• Collect feedback and compile batch summaries
Requirements
• Graduate in any stream — Education, Mass Communication, Psychology, or BBA preferred
• 0–2 years in academic coordination, training admin, customer success, or similar. Freshers from relevant backgrounds welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal English — must be able to draft professional emails and WhatsApp messages independently
Important Conditions
• Work From Office is mandatory — all coordination happens from our office
• Candidates must bring their own laptop (internet and power provided)
• This is a coordination and management role — you are not the instructor or teacher
