Job Description

Customer Service: Welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, understand their requirements, and assist them in finding the right products.

Sales & Upselling: Actively pitch products, explain features/benefits, and suggest add-ons or complementary items to increase the bill value.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all product details, prices, active discounts, and current store promotions to answer customer queries accurately.

Store Upkeep & Visual Merchandising: Ensure the display shelves are clean, well-stocked, and organized according to store standards to attract customers.

Stock Management: Assist in receiving new inventory, checking for damages, tagging prices, and updating inventory records.

Billing Assistance: Coordinate with the cashier for smooth checkout processes and handle basic digital payment queries if needed.

Targets: Achieve daily and monthly individual/store sales targets assigned by the Store Manager.
