🎯 Job SummaryWe are looking for a Telecalling Intern to connect with potential clients and generate leads for our Investment Advisory and Real Estate Consultation services. The role focuses on calling, follow-ups, and booking appointments.
- Key Responsibilities📞 Make outbound calls to potential clients (data will be provided)
- 📊 Briefly explain services:
- Investment (Mutual Funds, SIPs, Financial Planning)
- Insurance & Tax Planning
- 🏢 Real Estate (Property Investment & Consultation)
- 📅 Schedule meetings/appointments for the advisor
- 🔄 Follow up with interested clients
- 📝 Maintain daily call reports (Excel/Google Sheet)
- 🎯 Daily Targets30–50 calls per day
- 8–10 connected calls
- 3–5 interested leads
- 1–2 meetings scheduled
- 💼 RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi/English; Marathi preferred)
- Confident speaking and convincing ability
- Basic knowledge of finance/real estate (training provided)
- Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, calling tools)
- 🎓 Qualification12th Pass / Graduate
