Location: Nalasopara East, Palghar, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000

Job Role

As a Factory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily factory operations, managing manpower and shift activities, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and maintaining productivity with minimum material wastage. You will play a key role in worker training, safety compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage manpower allocation and shift operations on a day-to-day basis

• Supervise production activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments

• Monitor machine and tool utilization for maximum efficiency

• Train and develop workers to safely operate production equipment

• Minimize material wastage and improve production efficiency

• Coordinate effectively with Quality Assurance, Production, and Dispatch teams

• Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and operational procedures

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and productivity enhancement

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and workforce performance on the shop floor

• Ensure production targets are achieved within quality standards

Requirements

• ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or factory operations

• Strong knowledge of manpower handling and shift management

• Basic understanding of machine operations and tool utilization

• Experience in worker training and development

• Knowledge of safety procedures and process improvement practices

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments effectively

• Knowledge of production planning and factory operations

Job Details

• Full-time role

• Work Location: Nalasopara East, Palghar, Maharashtra

• Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Approx. 6:30 PM operational closing)

• Weekly Off: Sunday

• Salary: Based on Experience

• Experience Required: 3–10 Years

• Immediate joiners preferred
