Job Description
A Lead Generation Executive is a sales and marketing professional responsible for identifying potential customers (leads) and generating business opportunities for a company.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients through online platforms, databases, and social media.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Qualify leads based on company criteria.
- Maintain and update CRM databases.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Track lead generation metrics and prepare reports.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools.
- Email marketing and cold outreach skills.
- Research and analytical abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.
Qualifications: 12th above or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Experience in B2B or B2C lead generation (often 0–3 years for entry-level roles).
