Job Description

JD:

  • Installation and commissioning of Rice Mill Machinery at customer locations
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues
  • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery and equipment
  • Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions
  • Conduct machine trials and performance testing after installation
  • Train customer operators and maintenance teams on machine operation and safety
  • Prepare service reports, installation reports, and maintenance records
  • Coordinate with production, design, and spare parts departments for technical support
  • Promote AMC/CMC services and spare parts sales
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quick response and quality service
  • Follow company safety standards and service procedures during site work
