Job Description

Inventory Management: Track, receive, and organize incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring proper storage and minimizing inventory discrepancies.

Documentation and Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports for inventory inward, outward, and returns, including GRN and stock summaries.

ERP Updating: Update inventory software (e.g., SAP, Tally) in real-time to maintain accurate stock records.

Vendor Coordination: Follow up with vendors for material delivery, manage invoice processing, and maintain vendor documentation.

Warehouse Safety/Orderly Environment: Ensure the store is safe, clean, and organized, adhering to First In, First Out (FIFO/FEFO) methods.

Procurement Support: Assist in material planning, re-ordering items, and controlling non-moving inventory
