*Job Summary*
A Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative, operational, and data management tasks that support the smooth functioning of an organization. They ensure accurate record-keeping, coordinate with various departments, maintain databases, process documentation, and provide operational support without direct customer interaction.
*Key Responsibilities*
1. Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
2. Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
3. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
4. Process invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
5. Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.
6. Manage filing systems, both physical and electronic.
7. Monitor and track operational activities and generate status reports.
8. Handle email correspondence and administrative communication.
9. Assist in inventory management and procurement processes.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
3. Strong data entry and record-management skills.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Basic knowledge of office management procedures.

1. Previous experience in administrative or back-office operations.
