Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Store and Sales Operations Executive with a background in industrial sales to manage store operations, support sales, and maintain strong customer relationships in our industrial tools division. The ideal candidate will handle operations, coordinate deliveries, manage key accounts, and contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations: material receipts, dispatches, labeling, filing, and inventory control.
• Support sales activities: order processing, delivery coordination, and customer follow-ups.
• Handle key account management and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Assist in marketing and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Contribute to sales strategy, client acquisition, and retention efforts.
• Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial sales, store operations, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, dispatch processes, and customer relationship management.
• Experience in key account handling, sales coordination, and delivery management.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and support both operational and sales objectives
