Job Description

Job Summary:

Looking for a responsible Accountant to manage company accounts, GST billing, inventory control, AMC billing, receivables/payables, and financial reporting. Candidate must ensure accurate stock tracking and prevent inventory leakage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain books of accounts (Tally/ MS Excel)
  • Manage GST billing, AMC billing & payment follow-ups
  • Handle receivables, payables & cash flow
  • Maintain real-time inventory & conduct monthly stock audits
  • Prepare monthly financial reports

Requirements:

  • 0.6–5 years experience in accounting
  • Strong knowledge of GST & accounting software
  • Good Excel skills
  • Experience in inventory-based business preferred
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and disciplined

Salary: As per experience + performance incentive
