The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring tax compliance, and providing insightful financial reports to management. Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & Finalization: Maintain day-to-day accounts, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and closing books for the financial year.

• Taxation & Compliance: Timely filing of GST returns, TDS, Income Tax, and ensuring overall statutory compliance.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget vs. actual analysis to the management.

• Audit Coordination: Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth annual audits.

• Accounts Receivable/Payable: Manage vendor payments and monitor customer aging reports to optimize working capital.

• Software Management: Expertly handle accounting transactions using Tally ERP / Prime.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s (B.Com) or Master’s (M.Com/MBA) degree in Accounting or Finance. Semi-qualified CA/ICWA is a plus.

• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

o Hands-on experience with Tally Prime or equivalent ERP systems.

o Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and GST laws.

• Soft Skills: * Work Ethic: Proven ability to work hard, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership.

o Analytical Skills: High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

o Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in Marathi/Hindi and English.
