Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

BIW Welding Fixtures,

Checking fixtures and Penal checkers design in 3D/2D.

BWF Process sheet preparation ( MCP Layout,Tack Time calculation, Spot study, Ergonomics Study.

Gun Study/ Gun Selection for BWF.

Concepts preparation for BWF/ Panel checkers.Design Approvals with customer.

Regular Coordination with manufacturing team.

Active participation in quality system (ISO documentation).
