Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team for the Nashik region. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time (Office Timing - 10 am to 6:30 pm)

Gender: Male

Key Responsibilities:

* Field Work and Client Acquisition

* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

* Visit clients and conduct product/service presentations

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships

* Achieve monthly sales targets

* Follow up with potential clients and close deals

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution

* Maintain daily sales reports and client records

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis

* Travel within Nashik region for business meetings and field work

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

* 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)

* Good communication skills 

* Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi 

* Strong negotiation skills with a confident personality 

* Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets

* Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
