Construction Project Manager

The Site Project Manager shall be responsible for end-to-end delivery of PMC services, ensuring that the project is executed in accordance with approved timelines, quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations.

Qualification: Civil & Structural Engineer / Mechanical Engineer with minimum 10-15 years exprience

Type of Job: 6 month contract (Extension possible on good performance)

Detailed Job Description:

• Lead overall project planning, baseline scheduling, and resource planning in coordination with the Client and EPC contractor
• Establish project control systems, reporting structures, and communication protocols
• Review and approve project execution plans, method statements, and construction strategies
• Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and initiate corrective actions for delays
• Ensure implementation and tracking of Project Performance Index (PPI) parameters
• Chair weekly and monthly review meetings; present project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for seamless execution
• Review and certify contractor invoices based on actual progress and compliance
• Identify project risks, claims, and variations; provide recommendations for resolution
• Ensure all statutory approvals, permits, and compliance requirements are tracked and achieved
• Oversee implementation of QA/QC and HSE systems across the project
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of all reports, including Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports (MPR)
• Drive project close-out activities, including as-built documentation, punch points, and final handover
