HR Generalist

An HR Generalist is responsible for supporting daily human resources operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. This role manages a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR recordkeeping.

• Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially
• Administer employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll coordination
• Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and resolving issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Assist managers with performance management and disciplinary processes
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs
• Conduct new hire orientation and exit interviews

• Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Min 3+ years of HR experience preferred
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Preferred Skills
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR
• Experience with payroll and benefits administration
• Conflict resolution and employee coaching skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
