Job Description

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:



Identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.



Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.



Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.



Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.



Coordinate with hiring managers and department heads to finalize selections.



Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.



Manage offer letters, negotiations, and onboarding processes.



Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.



Promote employer branding through job fairs and online presence.



Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.



Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.



Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and social media hiring.



Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.



Ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies effectively.



Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
