Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook all food and beverage items as per café standards.
- Maintain consistency in taste, portion, and presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Handle food ingredients and storage responsibly to minimize wastage.
- Keep kitchen equipment, utensils, and counters clean and in good condition.
- Follow food safety, health, and hygiene guidelines strictly.
- Manage stock levels, inform management of low supplies, and assist in restocking.
- Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality.
- Cooperate with wait staff to ensure smooth café operations.
- Be punctual, disciplined, and maintain personal hygiene.
